DAY 1

Come and admire the sunrise from our terrace, making this a magical and unforgettable moment. After a relaxed breakfast, start your day with a walk along the Maurice Rouvier coastal path. Access to the path is directly from the Royal Riviera, and it takes just 15 to 20 minutes to get to the Villa Rothschild, a must-see stop to discover this architectural treasure.

LUNCH

Let’s head back to the hotel for lunch at Jasmin Grill & Lounge. Breathtaking views of Villa Kerylos and the Mediterranean Sea. The outdoor kitchen features a real tandoor oven for original Indian specialties. The menu also includes spit-roasted meats, fish of the day, Mediterranean specialties to share, pastas and burgers.

AFTERNOON

Then it’s time to relax and unwind. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and relax on a deckchair with a cocktail crafted by our Chef Barman Roberto Sarcinelli. Between two dives, go through the Mediterranean Gardens designed by Jean Mus.

Once you’ve made yourself comfortable in your room, you’ll watch from your window or terrace as the sun makes its slow descent from the horizon towards the Mediterranean Sea, as if to signal that it’s time for dinner. Let’s head for the Olivula restaurant in Villefranche sur Mer. You can book your boat cab directly from our concierge service. Your second day begins with an exploration of Eze and a unique perfume creation workshop.

Perched high on a cliff overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, Èze is a place where time seems to stand still, and every corner is steeped in history and natural beauty. Centuries-old stone buildings, old wooden doors and flower-filled windows testify to Eze’s rich historical heritage. The village has preserved its medieval character, making it a unique place to visit.

After discovering the city, you will be able to participate in a perfume creation workshop. The workshop begins with a presentation of the raw materials used in perfume manufacture. Perfumery experts will guide you through a range of olfactory notes, from delicate flowers to exotic spices, explaining their origin and role in perfume composition.

After this introduction, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own personalized perfume. Guided by the perfumer’s expert advice, you will carefully select the notes that most appeal to you, creating a fragrance that truly reflects you. We then invite you to Les Remparts restaurant. As soon as you walk through the doors of this restaurant, you’ll be enchanted by a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea and the bay of Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat.

During the afternoon, let’s discover one of Eze’s most famous attractions, the exotic garden, perched at the top of the village. From here, you can admire a breathtaking panorama. Then off to Nice, and more precisely to the old town (le Vieux-Nice), where you’ll discover narrow streets, colorful facades and local markets like the famous Flower market on the Cours Saleya. You’ll have the chance to sample local specialties, such as socca, a delicious chickpea cake, and walk among the stalls selling handicrafts.

Time for art and culture. Visit the Musée Matisse, which features a superb collection of works by the famous artist Henri Matisse, who lived in Nice. Matisse’s art and creativity will captivate you.
