Do not miss the visit of Musée Bonnard at “Le Cannet” (on the hilly part of Cannes)
The museum is housed in the Hotel Saint-Vianney, a mansion dating from the early 20th century, right in the center of Le Cannet. The internal layout was specially designed to reflect the intimate nature of this painter’s work.
Hosted there until October 31st, I highly reccommend the lovely Henri Manguin temporary exhibition .
Also: take advantage of this “must visit”, as it might be followed by some excellent dining in a range of local restaurants and visits to artists’ studios along the rue St Sauveur. I would be delighted to provide tips for finding a nice bistro….
