After working together in a luxury hotel on the French Riviera, Takayuki Kamiya (Chef) and Michel Baranger (head waiter) decided to open their own restaurant: HANgoût.
The HANgoût restaurant combines traditional Japanese cuisine with French and Mediterranean gastronomy.
The mix is perfect, plenty of taste and flavors.
One year after its opening, this table has all the makings of being a great one, moreover without any pretention.
